This function is for board members:

2. Once you are logged on the "Calendar Menu" will appear: 
3. The "Add Meet" button does not have to be a meet. It is any Event.
Every Event must be assigned to a Catagory and a location.
If you are adding a meet (or an event) that is taking place in a location that is not pre defined you must crate a location first.
4. Once you click on the "add a Meet button" you will be the following window:
